 The Study Tour to Bulgaria for GOK officials and representatives of business associations and BSP’s.
 

    In mid November 2007 KSBD in cooperation with CEED Bulgaria (www.ceed.bg) ssuccessfully organized a Study Tour to Bulgaria for nine-member delegation from Kazakhstan, involving GOK officials and representatives of business associations and BSP’s to familiarize them with some successful European (Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain, Slovenia, Germany and Bulgaria) models in two areas:
    a) Government Outsourcing of SME Services to private sector
    b) Entrepreneurial training
Additionally, the group was acquainted with some best practices, working models and methodologies for credit risk analyses, direct financing for SMEs (guarantee schemes, co-financing), project financing and regional economic development. More...
